This policy explains what personal data we collect through dewsoil.es, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it short and honest - we only collect what we need to run the store.
Who we are
Dew&Soil is a handmade accessories brand based in Marbella (Malaga), Spain, and is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What data we collect
- Order data: your name, email address, shipping address and phone number (if provided) when you place an order.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe.
- Analytics data: anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Why we process it
- To fulfil and deliver your order (performance of a contract).
- To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.
- To send you news and offers, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the store secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Brevo (order and marketing emails)
- Cloudinary (product image hosting)
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics, only with your consent)
- Our EU-based hosting provider
International transfers
Some providers (for example Stripe, Google and Microsoft) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens it is covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Order and billing records are kept for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows each tool's retention settings.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw any consent at any time. Just email dewandsoil@gmail.com.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
