Our products

Everything we sell is handmade in small batches. Small variations in colour, texture or finish are part of the handmade nature of each piece and are not defects. Some items are limited editions and will not be restocked once sold out.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is taken at checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.

Processing times and shipping options are described on our Shipping Info page. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, email dewandsoil@gmail.com within that period.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. We will refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Full details are on our Return policy page.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been personalised or made to your specifications, as permitted by EU consumer law. These items can only be returned if they arrive faulty.

Faulty items and legal guarantee

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it. Your purchases are covered by the legal conformity guarantee under Spanish law (currently three years for goods).

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the EU you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
