Return policy

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

To start a return, contact us at dewandsoil@gmail.com with your order ID and reason.

Once approved and received, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty, as they are made specifically for you.

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products may not be eligible unless damaged in transit.
